Akihabara, paradise regained
Our friends at Metropolis have published a fun quick guide to Akihabara, the grungy, slightly fetid electronics heart of Tokyo.
There's plenty on French maids, Godzilla, super potatoes, cosplay and gachapon (you'll have to read it to find out). Before you get too excited, don't believe the bit about Yodobashi selling electronics at wholesale prices — it's regular prices all round.
