Thanko super CD bucket of tricks

080306_ThankoCDlibrary.jpg

The ever-entertaining Thanko has found a new way, proclaimed in glorious gaudy Technicolor on its retail website, to get you to pay $100 (or thereabouts at ¥10,980) for a plastic bucket to store your CDs in.

The trick with the DC-101 CD library is that you can install indexing software, connect to a PC, search for the particular disc you're looking for and have it, well, just pop out.

Each 353 x 353 x 190mm carousel can contain a maximum of 150 CDs/DVDs and they're stackable to a maximum of five tubs, although is finding a disc manually really that hard?
