At last, a product that rivals the pearls cast before us by from Thanko. Seungchang of Korea has a new spin on converged devices; a combo air purifier, speaker and desk lamp that plugs into your MP3 player. Perfect for bored students with allergies and deadlines.
The SCANA SSP-015T contains a “three-step” air-purifying filter that eliminates viruses, bacteria and bad odors, but sadly, not deadlines or poverty.
The move to add the speaker is, apparently, because the prez of Seungchang is alarmed at young folk blowing their eardrums out listening to Motorhead or whatever on earphones. Now they can shed light on their studies and noise pollute to their hearts’ content.
