Buffalo has just announced two networked DLNA media servers that are set to go on sale at very reasonable prices in the next few weeks here in Japan.
The PC-P4LWAG comes with both wired and 802.11a/b/g wireless LAN connectivity for ¥22,050. The PC-P4LAN lacks the wireless LAN and is a bit cheaper at ¥17,640.
Both use a Philips Nexeria PNX1502 inside to dish out the goodies and handle WMV 7/8/9/10 and MPEG-1/2/4 as well as WMA and MP3. The 220 × 124 × 47mm LAN version will be on sale at the end of July, and the LWAG (same dimensions) at the beginning of August.
