Sony has just announced yet another in its T series of Cyber-shot compact digicams. The DSC-T30 is a 7.2-megapixel number with image stabilization and a large 3in LCD round back. Optical zoom remains stuck at 3x.
The newcomer goes on sale in Japan on Apr. 21 and is likely to cost around ¥45,000. The T30 looks like another example of Sony slowly closing the gap on the leading pack.
