Seems the stifling heat here in Tokyo has started to affect the designers over at NTT DoCoMo and the various handset makers it likes to call friends, rendering the summer lineup of 3G FOMA handsets isn’t slightly limp.
Of the six new phones in the mid-range FOMA 7 series, perhaps the most interesting are handsets from Motorola that resemble phones from the RAZR family. The odd thing about the newcomers is that there’s a distinct lack of consistency in terms of each phone’s features some roam overseas, some don’t; some have PPT, others have missed out which is odd by Japan’s usually very standard standards.
Check ‘em out for yourself over at our pals WWJ or chez DoCoMo.
