
Upon seeing this story we were gonna make some crack along the lines of “Why can’t all language classes be like this?” Watching the video of the English for grown-ups lesson, however, soon put paid to that pipe dream.
Not only is the jokey lesson infantile (which can be good, right?), but the quality of the English on show is notably poor. We’re not saying folk shouldn’t teach their second or third language, but they should at least be able to pronounce it properly. Moreover, the vid displays Japan’s typical double standards by bleeping out only certain, female-related, words.
Still, check out conbinibento’s video grab here (NSFW) the YouTube link has been removed. Wonder why?
