Four-storey high-def screen in action

Remember that 8,000 square-foot LCD screen we told you about last month? Seems it’s just been featured on Japanese television in typically breathless fashion.

We particularly like the manic reporter sprinting the length of the screen just in case you don’t grasp how long a 66m display is but did you know that this thing is as big as 1,550 regular 32in LCD tellies? Cool.

Yoshi’s take: In spite of previous anti-horse-racing rants from certain people here I might check this thing out (drunk, obviously) when it’s operational next month.
