Following hard on the heels of Sony’s alpha DSLR-A100, Panasonic will take the wraps of its first D-SLR on June 21 in Tokyo, the company just said.
You’re probably aware of the DMC-L1 prototype that’s been doing some rounds. There’s some great shots of what’s in store at the Panasonic website here. Anyway, Panny makes great digital still cameras so fingers crossed that the work they’ve been doing with Olympus pays off big time with hot specs and a cool price point.
Unfortunately there’s no word on whether J-Pop queen Ayu-chan (Ayumi Hamazaki, below) will be there or not.
