So, how many shiny bits of gadgetry do you have to charge most days? If it’s just the one, then you’re lucky, but the rest of us could do with consolidating all those wires and plugs, right?
Step forward Kikkerland, which, in typically humorous fashion, brings us the grass-topped Charging Station (¥3,150), designed to accommodate all sorts of hardware and their chargers. It’s pretty low-tech—just a box with a space for the black bricks and a multi-socket adapter, with some Astroturf on top—but the idea of keeping everything in one space is a sound one. Plus, it looks almost cute with those toys nestling in the long stuff. Bound to sell well in Japan, then.
My latest TechKnow column, BTW…
