Bargain subwoofer-speaker combo from THIRDWAVE

Love or loathe the design, the dPRO-SP5.1CH subwoofer-satellite speaker combination certainly won’t break the bank.

The 90 x 120 x 130mm, 320g satellites belt out 5W each, and the 290 x 150 x 195mm, 3.5kg subwoofer generates 15W, despite looking like something you’d store beer in. On sale now for ¥3,980.

• Subwoofer is ugly, but that’s why you can store it out of sight.  The speakers looks great on the other hand.
