Panasonic reckons it has found the perfect way to make us all feel safe in our own homes at last it claims that its air-filtering Super Alleru-Buster technology can all but eliminate the bird flu virus from air it comes into contact with.
The gear was tested by boffins at Tottori University and shown to be 99.999% effective. Moreover, the guys in white coats reckon we don’t need to worry about SARS any more either remember that?
The future looks bright for expanding the use of the technology. According to Panasonic, “These filters also inhibit many allergens, thereby reducing the incidence of allergic diseases such as hay fever and bronchial asthma. Since the Super Alleru-Buster material can be applied to other components, we intend to expand its use to products which do not contain filters.”
