Charming up the iPod shuffle

tunewear_122805.jpg

Tunewear has come out with an almost sickeningly cute series of covers for the iPod shuffle. Dubbed “Charm shuffle,” the lineup includes a butterfly, a honey bee, a ladybug and something called “flower power.” The covers are designed so you can still operate the players without divorcing them from their charming companions, and they go on sale Jan.1 for ¥1,980. Whatever will people think of next — Hello Kitty?
