We Tokyoites are used to the sight of very rich, slightly deranged women dressing up their lapdogs in bonnets, stuffing them in perambulators and wheeling them around swank shopping districts like Aoyama. Now, maid-obsessed otaku can dress up their PCs in the black-and-white uniform of 21st-century Japanese female servitude.

The Japanese geek reporter-heroes at Impress have found the unis in a shop called Kakuta Sofmap, which is located in — well, guess where in Tokyo. Impress has even got a (brief) video of a “maid PC” in action. Click on the MT link for a very passable translation.
