For those in the hunt for a decent PC at a bargain price, MJC has just released a line of five value models it has elected to dub “LUV MACHINES.”

The bargain bucket Lm-i210 model features a Celeron D 336 (2.80GHz) CPU with a VIA P4M800 chipset, 256Mb of DDR (expandable to 2Gb) and an 80Gb HDD. Not bad for ¥47,040.

From then on in it gets better, but not too expensive. The ¥54,390 Lm-i310 gets double the DDR and features a ±R DL DVD drive.

The mid-range Lm-i410 packs a Pentium 4 506 (2.66GHz) processor and VIA’s P4M800 chipset plus the ±R DL DVD drive, but the big news here is the 160Gb HDD. Yours for ¥64,890.

The Lm-i710 flexes more muscles with a Pentium 4 630 (3GHz) and a 250Gb ATA 100 HDD at ¥85,890, and the range tops out (in terms of price) with the ¥106,890 Lm-i910 with a Pentium D 820 (2.80GH), 2 gigs of DDR2, a 160Gb serial ATA HDD and an Intel 945G chipset for video.
