Victor seems to have put the driver of its soon-to-be released 32in LCD telly on steroids.
The LT-32LC5 uses the same panel as the LT-37LC85 released in May, but boasts an improved driver for a 120 frame rate per second, double the previous model. The 1,366 x 768-dot resolution, 80 x 13.8 x 59.3cm, 18kg telly is going on sale in September for about ¥250,000.
At the link, you can see pictures of an athlete bounding over a hurdle with the old diver, and then with the new one, which takes advantage of nothing more noxious than a souped-up algorithm. We wonder if the athlete’s on steroids, though.
