Retractable IBud earphones from Thanko

At last, a sensible and useful product from Thanko: retractable earphones. The IBuds are billed as having improved audio quality to boot.

The 109.4±3db, 500Hz/650Hz/850Hz/1000Hz phones have a reel that can extend the cable out to 113cm. The whole thing weighs in at 20g, and the price is also light at ¥980.

Yoshi’s take: Maybe it would be more accurate to say “Thanko’s second sensible product.” Even so, that’s a pretty low batting average. But life would be a lot duller without ‘em!
