We don’t know much about the Soundpet, such as who makes it or how much it costs, but it ticks all the Japanese “cute” boxes and then some.

The little critter comes in at least the two colors you see above and has an audio input that allows it to move to the music while playing it back through a built-in speaker. The really scary thing is that the grown woman seen in the photo represents the target market for this kind of thing — that’s Japan for you.
