Turbolinux confirms plans to take wizpy PMP global

That wizpy PMP on Linux steroids that has been doing the rounds recently looks more than a little sweet but Turbolinux is a Japanese company and, therefore, it’s going to keep the goods for itself, right?

Wrong — I called the Japanese office yesterday to discuss global plans for the player and its Live CD-like Linux distro, finding a very forthcoming company guy on the other end.

While he asked me not to use his name, he confirmed that there are fledgling plans to sell the wizpy outside Japan sometime next year. The full story I put together went up on the website belonging to ace (apart from those damn annoying ads) UK mag Digital Home and you can check it out at the link below.
