We’ve seen these peculiar Wiimote attachments around for a couple of weeks now but they’re finally available to buy from Vis-a-Vis in Japan.
The Pega Sports Pack for Wii is a set of three plastic add-ons (golf club, tennis racket, baseball bat) meant to add girth and heft to your stroke when playing Wii Sports, giving a more realistic experience. Sure, they’re just lumps of plastic but just imagine the damage you could do with that new pumped-up Wiimote.

The pack is pretty cheap, costing ¥2,780 ($23) and can be ordered online, although shipping is Japan only for now.
