Sony’s Giga Panel (more prosaically the Xplod MEX-1GP) aims to switch us on to some new-fangled in-car entertainment. The Futurama-esque (they wish) audio system for autos is a combination AM/FM CD/MP3 receiver capable of storing up to 500 tracks on flash memory and receiving music directly from a PC.
