As someone who takes a lot of pictures I’ve often thought it would be nice to have location data embedded in the images. That way, a few months or years down the line I can easily find out where I took the pictures. All too often I end up looking at pictures from news conferences or vacations from the past and trying to remember exactly where they were taken.

Korea is about to get one of the world’s first Mobile WiMax services and its operator, KT, is so proud of the technology it has been driving reporters around Seoul in a bus tricked out with laptops and PDAs to demonstrate the broadband-on-the-go service.
